Louis Vuitton City Bags: A Natural History - Jean-Claude Kaufmann,Ian Luna,Florence Muller,Mariko Nishitani,Colombe Pringle

I think this might be one of those books that has variant covers - the one I'm currently holding is the one in the middle with the blue bag. This book, as a physical object, is absolutely gorgeous. The dust jacket is one of those silly half jackets that just exist for aesthetic reasons, but the paper texture is so nice that I'll forgive the publisher. The photographs would probably make someone who was more into fashion and accessories than me swoon. There are extreme close-ups, photographs at multiple angles, and even x-rays. Yes, full-page x-rays of empty bags.
