I'm a librarian who loves anime, manga, and reading a wide variety of genres.
It's been a while since my last old library science book. I'm reading this 1) out of curiosity and 2) because there's always a possibility that I'll come across something that could point out a possible origin for a "we've always done it this way" procedure at my own library.
I have a whole stack of these. I had hoped to go through one every couple weeks or so, but I might change my mind if it starts to look like they're all like this one. Computers have changed things so much that some most of the procedures described here mean absolutely nothing to me.
