Youko meets the Emperor of Han and his kirin. I'd love to see another translator's interpretation of this bit. Woodbury seems to be going for "The Emperor of Han is a bit of a dandy." He and his kirin have so far managed to shock or fluster nearly everyone they've met in Kei.
