Reading progress update: I've read 290 out of 290 pages.
Well, that was depressing. I mean, it could have been worse. I'm super thankful that Ono hasn't killed everyone off, and I'm sure a happy continuation of Tai's story is possible. But right now Tai is still pretty screwed. Here's hoping that forthcoming Twelve Kingdoms book is about Tai.
