I'm a librarian who loves anime, manga, and reading a wide variety of genres.
I'm finally continuing my book title game.
I'm flying through this, although, like Nancy, I'm not entirely clear on the distinction between Wicked and Virtue. The charts here help a bit, though.
It looks like now we're done with the introductions and info: there has been a death (a murder?).
Some favorite quotes so far:
"At least while they were with her, they would be with someone who understood. Even if they would never have the opportunity to go back home, they would have someone who understood, and the company of their peers, which was a treasure beyond reckoning." (13)
Explaining why there are fewer boys who've been transported to another world: "Call it irony, if you like, but we spend so much time waiting for our boys to stray that they never have the opportunity. We notice the silence of men. We depend upon the silence of women." (59)
