Fellowship of Fantasy ABC Challenge - P

The original post is here.

I came up with a few good possibilities for this one. I settled on Po from Kristin Cashore's Graceling, with the caveat that it's now been 6 years since I last read the book and my memories of it are hazy.

Anyway, I remember him as basically being a giant acceptance fantasy. He wasn't afraid of Katsa and her Grace, even though many others were, and he wasn't jealous of her abilities either. As far as the book's romance went, I appreciated that he didn't try to give her ultimatums or pressure her into doing anything she wasn't fully comfortable with (in this case,

marriage).
