I'm a librarian who loves anime, manga, and reading a wide variety of genres.
Every time I look at the cover of this book, I think lit fic, not sci-fi. It's one of the reasons it took reviews on Booklikes for this to get on my radar.
I'm not a fan of the format (interviews, emails, documents, etc.), but it's okay so far. Ezra makes me think of Guardians of the Galaxy's Peter (movie version - I haven't read the comics). I like Kady more, at the moment, although it bugs me that she seems to be using her hacking skills primarily to make trouble. Everyone already has enough problems just surviving.
