Reading progress update: I've read 160 out of 160 pages.
This was cute, although I had some problems with it that mostly had to do with being unable to make my brain shut up. It's weird how I was totally able to accept that their space ship came out of a giant box and included instructions, and yet a blackout causing complete darkness during the day bothered me. Also, there was at least one instance where internal logic was violated. How the heck did Waffles eat that sandwich through his spacesuit helmet?
But I think my niece will probably like this, and that's the important thing.
