Reading progress update: I've read 40 out of 373 pages.
I'm reading this for the Red Group's Orient Express crime scene card. Obsidian Blue correctly guessed it, so it's already a known crime scene. It works for the card because Prince Thabiso spends a lot of his time flying. In fact, when readers first meet him he's on a plane to New York.
I'm really enjoying this book so far. Naledi, aka Ledi, was bounced around in foster care and is currently a grad student who's juggling lab work with at least two jobs. I don't blame her at all for deleting those "you are betrothed to a prince" emails. Take a look at the ending of this one:
"...although I believe you to be the rightful recipient of this email, before I can introduce you to Prince Thabiso after this long absence, I will need more information. Please provide a scan of your license, passport, or other form of ID; your current address; social security number--" (3)
And they wonder why she didn't respond. I haven't seen much of Thabiso yet, but I liked his reaction to Ledi's one and only response to the emails.
