For context: Hirotaka tends to look cool, calm, and detached. He might occasionally look a little pissed, but you almost never see him smile. This might be his first on-page smile in the volume, not counting the childhood flashback scenes, and even then he didn't smile much.
This is right after a particularly sweet and sappy scene with Narumi.
