I'm a librarian who loves anime, manga, and reading a wide variety of genres.
This reminds me a lot of Ichi-F, the only other nonfiction manga I think I've ever read (and which I still need to finish). However, Ichi-F was very focused on the author's perspective and went into more detail. So far, Hiroshima's Revival is more of an overview of the various ways that ordinary people worked to get Hiroshima functional again. Chapter 1 was about the restoration of gas, electricity, and water.
