Non-book post: Maintenance woes
A week ago, on Sunday, my air conditioning started leaking. A guy came and seemingly took care of the problem. Then it started leaking again this past weekend, and another guy came, spent two hours on it, and hopefully fixed it. Crossing my fingers.
And now my front door won't lock or completely close. Looks like a screw has come loose and I'm guessing it's stripped or something, because I can't tighten it. Either that or my wimpy hands just aren't strong enough. lolsob Here's hoping nothing else breaks. I took the rest of the day off work and am now sitting by the front door in case the wind, a stray cat, or whatever else tries to push it open. Just waiting for apartment maintenance to arrive. On the plus side, I guess this gives me time to read.
