I'm a librarian who loves anime, manga, and reading a wide variety of genres.
This will be my Nook Simple Touch testing book. This time around, I'm not checking out the features to see how I like them so much as making sure my device works the way it should. The software update definitely went faster and more smoothly, so I'm cautiously optimistic.
I'm really looking forward to Mindline, but I'm nervous about it too. Hogarth wrote the whole thing in two months and then made it available for purchase about three weeks later. I know there were people who proofread it, but I'm guessing there wasn't much done beyond that. Who knows, maybe she writes this way all the time. Which would explain why, although I've enjoyed all her longer works, every single one has felt like it could have been tightened up some.
