I'm a librarian who loves anime, manga, and reading a wide variety of genres.
Kyaami, my favorite UTAU/Vocaloid tuner, posted her first video in a couple months today. ::happy sigh:: This one features v flower, a Vocaloid that was apparently released earlier this month. I prefer Kyaami's Ritsu Namine stuff, but this is nice.
You know, I had thought maybe William Gibson had written Idoru during the early days of Vocaloid, but it turns out he wrote it almost a decade prior to the first commercial Vocaloid release. I wonder if Gibson has seen any videos of holographic Vocaloids singing at real-life concerts and felt chills go up his spine? Idoru's on my list of things I really need to reread at some point, if only because I'd like to read it now that things like Idoru are actually real.
And, jeez, I need to quit posting today. I think I've set a new personal record for number of posts published in a single day.
